Missing plug?

    I haven't had the car long and I notice a rubber hose right under the cowl edge with a tee that seems to be open to the air. Is a plug missing? I can't find a decent photo showing the area. Need a close photo of the area under the wipers showing the hoses. THX

    is it the windshield washer hose? do both work?

    No, the hose is about 1/2 inch dia. Hard to see what it goes to or comes from.

    After better lighting and closer look I think it is open and has a solenoid valve to admit air as part of the EGR stuff.

    no fun! We want to guess for couple pages first and then find out later it’s another prius gen.
