I've heard anecdotal reports of a persistent rattle coming from behind the dash no the 2016 Prius...anybody have a fix? I was even given a TSB to share with my local dealership, but they refused to even look it up because they were unable to replicate it on a two-block test driver, despite my telling them the exact conditions needed to recreate the sound. Super frustrating. Ready to take matters into my own hands. lol Thanks!
