Anybody else having the cold startup shake ? Put the car in nuteral and it will stop. I've had misfires and shaking on startup,warm or cold. Car is a2012 v with 118k . New plugs ,coils injectors, egr manifold and head gasket (old gasket was fine). For those that don't know the rattle you here is the clutch damper springs. Toyota sent out this bulliten for Tech's T-TT-0310-14 that tells them to call tech assistance before doing any diagnosis. My engine is not the problem. It's something on the transalxe - charging side. Sure wish we had a Toyota tech on this forum I will call around to some dealership's and try to find one that knows about this issue. The charging system drags down the engine at idle rpms, no misfire or shakes when I throw her neutral. You guys let me here your thoughts
If charging system disabled by maintenance mode ? But cannot drive having similar issues of shaking startup , looking how to check "Clutch damper springs."
