prius 1.jpg prius 2.jpg Yup. Wish I was kidding. Had some snacks in the back seat and went away for Christmas, came back and the seats were torn apart, droppings everywhere, and the wires on the HV battery are chewed up.

Does anyone know the part number for the set of wires (2 black, 2 blue, 2 white) that insert in the top of the battery? There were also two similarly sized wires eaten that look like they go under the battery (first picture), any ideas where they go or is there a schematic I can follow?

I also need to purchase the whole rear seat, seat belts, and other small removable plastic from the trunk. They destroyed so much. If anyone has advice on where to get the interior, that'd be great too.

    Thanks! prius 1.jpg prius 2.jpg

Got the wire set for the second picture, its three temperature probes and the wires connecting them to the battery control module. $30 Ebay, here in 5 days.

Now I just need to figure out what those two wires are in the first picture, that goes across the width of the car.

I don't know what the wires are that the first picture shows, but I'm going to try to start it up now that the HV temp probes are replaced. Then I'll plug in my OBD2 scanner and try to sort it out that way.

The green Irish Spring soap does help with keeping rodents away. I don’t know if it covers up the pheromones or they don’t like it or what but it works.

I have dealt with insurance companies several times with chewed up wiring. If you can’t get it running and you have full coverage you may want to do that.
