Remote does not start or open door

    I have two remotes, both will not open or start the car. I can hold the fob to the power button on the dash and car will start that way, that is it. Both batteries test ok. Worked fine yesterday. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Update: the battery on volts was 2.71 evidently not enough to function. Put a new one in, and it works.

    welcome!
    do the lites on the remotes work?

    check the 12 volt health. how old is it?
