I'm trying to replace the fog lights on my 2012 Prius five with LED fog lights and I'm not quite sure how to do it right. I looked in the owner's manual and it's very vague and I'm not finding a clear answer on YouTube so if anybody here has any info to share please do! Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I have a 2011, so the foglight position is different, but basically you need to raise the front end (ramps or jackstands) and remove the undercover to get access to the foglights. They are held on by only one or two screw(s), the two tabs on the side opposite the side with the screw(s), simply slide under slots to keep them in place. The wiring simply unclips from the back of the foglights. It is the same H11 type connector that is used on the lowbeams on the headlights. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
