2010 Prius power issue

    Hello everyone, I have a 2010 prius and ran into a weird issue. I tried to start it up but no dash lights worked and my obd scanner also doesn't have power. the only thing the dash sometimes says is the "depress brake pedal and push start" but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

    12v seems fine, i even tried a spare one and same thing
