I was watching Nutz and Bolts video on cleaning the fan that cools the main battery
I think I have all the tools needed except the plastic pry tool
Do I really need that ?
    Thanks

I guess I'd have to go look at the video. Are you using it for removing the cable clamps? I use a clip removal tool.

One thing regarding the video: you don’t need to remove rear seat. There’s a single bolt needing removal, just below the air inlet grill, requires 12 mm socket IIRC. You can just push apart seat back and base upholstery and reach it with extension. Hold with your finger tips to avoid dropping.

also, forget how the video goes, but you can clean fan without removal.

    Yup. Here’s a video that doesn’t require rear-seat removal

First time, I found the fasteners attaching hatch deck to top of battery very stubborn. Left most of them off.

Correct on the seat removal. I never remove the seat to get out the fan. We clean the fans on every hybrid that we sell.

They sure like to stay attached to the top of the battery case. LOL! That's another use for the tool I mentioned above.
