2020 Prius 4 can’t figure out volume on Carplay

    My 2020 is new to me, and I cannot find out how to adjust the Carplay map volume. The radio knob doesn’t seem to do it, and my phone volume doesn’t either.

    When the announcement for turn is playing use the steering wheel volume control to adjust the sat nav/carplay/aa volume

    You have to catch the timing just right. If the navigator is speaking, adjust the volume (or steering wheel buttons) and you will be adjusting only the voice volume.

    Do it any other time, and you are adjusting the music/podcast/whatever you had playing.

    Controls on the phone won't do anything.
