I believe there is even a no-scan-tool procedure for that, using a jumper wire. I don't know exactly which scan tools do or don't have that, but some are reviewed with those details in mind in this thread: Gen2 OBD2 app review | PriusChat
It's a ultra, I try to relearn and I get code 1368 linear valve offset fault,,, is this a bad actuator? Edit: Yes ultra still get c1345 and c 1368 code I will add though the ultra says parking brake must be set to do the c 1345 relearn and techstream says p brake must be off , I did it by just moving the pedal enough to open switch, shoes not moving
