How badly? Post a pic? Classic Silver Metallic (1F7) is a perfect match, if it's bondo/sand/paintable.

 

Take them off, mine are sitting in the back of my garage somewhere. IMO the wheels look better without them.

Add the centre caps though, besides looks, good to prevent the hub zone turning into rust blobs. At least anywhere else but Hawaii .

Third party centre caps are available, a lot cheaper than Toyota. I got a set, that claimed to be genuine Toyota, but yeah aftermarket, a little ill-fitting, but I resolved with a little Dremel work.
