I have a 2018 Prius Prime. The maintenance reminder comes up as and when it should. The problem is I’ve moved and the dealer details are wrong. I’d like to change the reminder to the nearest dealers details. It was quite convenient to press the call button to set up the service appointment. anyone know how to update this info?
if you can't do it, perhaps the new dealer will do it as a courtesy, since they'll be getting your business
Menu (5 circles) button on right side of display unit -> Settings -> Vehicle (on page 2) -> Maintenance -> Set Dealer
And, there is no need to go to the dealer for any work except a warranty claim. A good local shop can do the work that is needed and maintain the warranty coverage often for less money. Retain the work orders and receipts. Use your owner's manual to be sure all the needed jobs are listed on the work order. Or one can do the work themself...retain the receipts.
One extra thing to add is on the maintenance menu you can also add reminders for services to either be DIY’ed or have performed by a dealer/mechanic shop. You can enter date and/or mileage until the specific service item needs to be performed.
