welcome! i don't know for sure, but your best bet is to google those questions with prius chat attached, looking for existing threads. there are lots of threads on tires and replacement fobs. 1) viper? 2) i think so 3) make sure the are 'low rolling resistance' tire rack is a good website 4) yes 5) try local locksmiths, dealers are expensive. or you can buy a virgin fob and program it if you're up for the challenge. research 'egr' here for cleaning info. all the best!
