Would tinting my windshield stop my parking assist and precollision from working?

    Had my winshield tinted and i think my parking assist stopped working. Has anyone experinced this?

    On page 379 of my 2021 Prime manual it says "to avoid malfunction of the front camera . . Do not attach window tint to the windshield"

    Tint the inside of the windshield with clear uv rejecting film skipping the camera area. Any decent shop knows this.

    there are a lot of hacks out there that work out of their house garage.
