I have a 2010 Prius, just got back from repaint. (Blizzard White peeling) Now, the smart open feature on the doors is not working. The engine still starts and the doors can be opened and closed by the fob, but the unlocking by proximity is no longer working. The dealer took a long time to do the job, and when I got the car back, my trip odometers were reset. A scan for codes was done as part of the service. Anything to do? I was planning on replacing the battery, then taking it back to the dealer.
The dealer found something they had disconnected. I guess they took the driver's door off for the repaint. Only took a few minutes to fix and it's working great now.
