I have a 2007 prius im working on for a friend. I have had a prolong charger and intelligent discharger for a few years but I think the charger is broken. Would love to test it vs someone else's if possible. Im in Elizabethtown Pa not far from Hershey PA.
Yeah... Prolong makes low quality gear and customer service is close to worthless. Sometimes people on here who live near the person posting will loan gear. I have several dead Prolong products here and only one currently working.
