4th Gen Console USB Port Replacement

    Has anyone replaced the USB port in the console of their 4th gen? Not sure how, but mine is corroded.
    The part is easily available, but I was hoping to find tips on actually replacing it before I jump in.
    Will the console have to come out or is there a less intrusive way to get the old one out and the new one in?

    Replacing the gen a port with something faster would improve map updates imho

    part easily available..where?? im in same boat: 2016 corroded usb. Dealer wants $300
