    Stop!

I noticed that you have a Prius V photo on your avatar. You created a topic in the Prius Gen3 section. These cars are similar in many ways, but there are differences.
    I provided diagrams for Gen3.

Which car is faulty with B1471?

Then the scheme will be like this.

    INSPECT NO. 2 ENGINE WIRE

With the machine switched off, taking precautions, disconnect the connector from the inverter and compressor and check its condition. Measure the resistance of the wires from one connector to the other. This eliminates a break in the voltage supply from the inverter to the compressor.

Also check for breakdown on the case. If the resistance does not correspond to those indicated in the table below, change the wiring harness; if it does, change the compressor.

    CAUTION:

Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

    1. Disconnect the No. 2 engine wire connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection
      Condition Specified Condition
      E1-1 (PE) - E3-2 (ACPE) Always Below 1 Ω
      E1-2 (PB) - E3-1 (ACPB) Always Below 1 Ω
E1-1 (PE) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
E1-2 (PB) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
