Thermostat stuck open?

    The thermostat starts to open around 82c (180f) and is fully open around 95c (203f).

    The repair manual test allows +/- 2c for the initial opening.

    Typically the engine runs between 190f to 204f but varies widely during engine off periods while in Ready.
