The only reason Pelosi comes up is she allowed impeachment proceedings against the deranged pres. we now have. She was far too easy on him actually. It was Congress who finally voted to impeach him twice, not Pelosi. Our Constitutional process.

I waded through all the money-raising schemes that popped up when I opened your links and found little actual evidence that those vandalizing Tesla properties are Democrats. There is the case of the transgender person caught in Colorado (cited over and over again) but as Kaitlyn Jenner proves, that doesn't equate to being a Democrat. There is enough anti-EV vitriol on the other side to support the possibility that some of them are using anti-Musk sentiment as an opportunity to terrorize people they see as their enemies. Particularly when it comes to destroying charging equipment it would make no sense for anyone supportive of electrification to reduce the number of chargers for all to use. Certainly there are those on the Left who have taken leave of all their senses, but that applies at least equally to those on the Right.

It would be a different matter if, say, a later group of sober historians got together and decided "yes, that was a socialist and workers' political party." As it is, one has to be careful how much political philosophy to try to wring out of a political campaign's choice of branding slogan.

Could imagine using the Wayback Machine to go ask some German workers and socialist-leaners how happy they were with what they got after their votes put that party in power. Be on the lookout for future Wayback Machine operators showing up here to ask us the same kind of question.
