P3190 - alone

    Can I rule out the fuel pump? I McGivered up a tee and ran the car for 30 seconds. It ran rough. The pressure on the gauge went up to about 30 PSI and that was it.

    The owner also said to me when this 1st happened last year it was after a quick lube place sold her on a fuel injection cleaning. They put some industrial fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank. She went right to the gas station and filled the tank. shortly after the engine started to run rough. It cleared up after driving through the tank and adding some techron in the next fill up.

    The AGM battery ran down and I charged it. I then Did the fuel pump test and pulled the codes.

    The only engine code is still the p3190

    What scanner are you using?

    The C1259 and C1310 codes indicate that there should be trouble code(s) being reported by the hybrid control ECU, but you have not listed one. So the scanner that you are using is not good enough to communicate with the hybrid control ECU.
