I’ve got a 2013 Prius 3 with the factory touchscreen radio. 57032 is the number in the bottom of the radio. I’ve managed to get it stuck in software update mode. Is there a way to get out of this? I can click a button on the side to choose audio type but after a few seconds, the screen turns black and the “in software update mode. Please insert valid software update stick” message pops up.
Switched to a smaller flash drive and able to load 5.2 update however, after getting update loaded, I no longer have am/fm/xm/cd inputs listed in audio source. I can still access them with the mode button on steering wheel but would like access to them on radio
