So few days ago my prius turned on, i drove 5 meters and it turned off.
    Now it doesn't turn on.
All the dash lights are on, the STOP fuse is ok, but the prius doesn't start.
The 12V battery is pretty new.
    Any suggestions?

You have no "ready" indicator. The hybrid system does not turn on.

There may be many reasons. Is it possible to make diagnostics using a scanner, Techstream program or a compatible adapter with a hybrid?

    Fuse AM2?

So what can be the solution?
Is it something i can do by myself?

I will check the fuse. Can you guide me where it is?

About the scanner - i will try to find one.
If you have anything else i can check let me know please

Do the brake-stop lights come on when you push on the brake pedal?

Did the engine ever fire up?

There may be many reasons for failure to start. For example, lack of gasoline or a non-working fuel pump.
But before starting, the car checks the readiness of the hybrid system for operation. If all tests are passed, the car turns on and the "ready" sign lights up.

When the tests are not passed, then further operation is not possible. There may be many reasons for failure in tests. A discharged 12V battery, a malfunction inside the high-voltage battery, a malfunction of the inverter, malfunction of other systems. Without a scanner and diagnostic error codes, it is almost impossible to find out the correct cause and the way to solve it.

For information about some scanners, read this thread, https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3290690
You want to purchase a scanner that can communicate with all the ECUs in the Prius.

While the OP is waiting for a scanner it would be a good time to check that there is oil in the motor, coolant in both the ICE and inverter loops (check at the radiator neck, not just in the overflow tank), and brake fluid in the reservoir. Also measure the 12V battery voltage, easiest at the jump point under the hood.

The picture doesn't show the MFD. Is there a red triangle of death and a message?

This sounds like it may be one of those conventional "no air, no gas, or no spark" issues, and it is just complicated by the fact that the electrical side of the propulsion system is working.
