Haven't met many of those. I know a great many agnostics - which I consider to be a very honest belief system. Some of my prods think that atheism IS a religion. I'm not one of those either - but it DOES require a rather non-scientific.....um.....'belief' and here in the US atheism IS protected as if it WERE a religion. Probably BETTER than most.
I knew a rather hard-nosed atheist once who insisted that anyone identifying as agnostic is really atheist but too mealy-mouthed to say so. I would counter that the atheist is really talking ontology and the agnostic is talking epistemology, so they're really talking about different things. I remember the hard-nosed atheist at least once saying something like "I'd believe tomorrow if I were shown adequate proof", to which I think a predictable agnostic response would be "ok, how are you deciding what's adequate proof?". I also think it's neat that while 'atheist' is a really old Greek word (your neighbors could look down on you as an atheist for not believing in Zeus), 'agnostic' is a coinage in Greek form but only made in 1869 by Huxley, and has a cute pun built in.

This one is rather deep. but a good watch, listen and think about. From the boss you have no idea how they got there because you can see they don't have a clue, the person that seems to be in charge within a group or neighbourhood, all the way through to the top job .....
