    Not really.

From the poster's link, “Our main priorities are to secure restitution for the victims and hold Mr. Adams accountable. As a result, we will file for pre-charge diversion to best facilitate both of those goals,” Hennepin County Attorney’s Office spokesperson Daniel Borgertpoepping told Fox 9. “This is an approach taken in many property crime cases and helps to ensure the individual keeps their job and can pay restitution, as well as reducing the likelihood of repeat offenses. Criminal prosecution remains a possibility should unlawful behavior continue.”

Diversion is like pre-case probation. If the defendant pays the fines and damages, and stays out of trouble, they won't be charged. Fail at that, and the county will file charges. The attorney either feels their chance of winning a case is iffy, or that this is the best way for the victims to get covered for the damages.

PS: the guy was also white, and not a member of Waltz's administration.

... wonderful news for our democrat friends, to comfort you when caught beating up little old ladies in EVs, Soros judges definitely have your back:

Democrat County Attorney Lets Anti-Tesla Terrorist Off the Hook – PJ Media

That is, if and only if, you're a democrat. Different laws for different people, if you're not a registered democrat, these Soros judges are throwing the book at you.

Before you beat that little old lady, in that silly EV? Just make certain you've updated your voter registration card, check the box that says "... democrat political party." Then thereafter, life's a great big bowl a cherries, you can stuff your face, key Teslas, as many as your heart desires!

I just found some of my 'hippy lettuce'; but it could also be something in the water in Lancaster.;)

Did anyone catch last Sunday's 60 minutes program? I thought it was interesting that he's focused on removing dyes / food coloring from our foods and strategically trying to undermine vaccinations and ignoring what can become the next pandemic.
There's major pocket outbreaks of measles and airplane travel is only helping it's spread.
H5N1 - bird flu has jumped from chickens to dairy cow to dairy workers, (mostly illegals) that isn't going to seek medical attention because of the current political atmosphere; so most likely way under-counted. The problem here is flu strains mutate rapidly and if we don't stay on top of them, we may be tossed into another COVID situation.
It's really no big deal; if we don't count it - it doesn't exists. So keep laying people off and focus funding on debunking vaccines and food coloring.:(

Told you I found my 'lettuce stash'......:ROFLMAO:

... may feel real good for you democrats, keying those Teslas. Don't know why you think that works for you.

You're not winning friends. You're influencing everyone, otherwise. Democrat political party, more loyal to its leftest militants and its beloved Latino gang-bangers than they are, Main Street USA, isn't going over particularly well for you, here in America, I'll have you know:

... our once proud democrat friends, circling the drain! Heh! Heh!

Their rationalization, for their lawless, childish behavior, hitting out vandalizing Teslas, firebombing automobile dealerships, beating up little old ladies in their EVs, their latest fetish, hero warship of gang-bangers, murders, molestors, pedophiles and criminals, harboring illegals? You're not going to believe this:

Summer is just around the corner.
    You're going to need it.

@ measles: Unlike SOME vaccines I can name, they did a ten year study on the MMR shot, IIRC.
It's safe, damned effective and widely available, and you can get another one if you're not sure about your status with this vaccine (ASK any military member who has lost their immunization record!!!!!)

The recent outbreak (curiously, blamed on Mennonites!) is probably exacerbated by a combination of vaccine hesitancy in non Anabaptist communities coupled with Texasass' ability to inject non-inoculated students into their schools. Some communities (illegals and other non-whites) have some historically valid reasons to be juuuuust a little suspicious with government medicine.

    Aircraft?
Mennonites do not get very many frequent flier miles and Texasass still allows parents to opt out of vaccines and still send their littles to school.

    Ask any grandparent.
SCHOOLS are how you spread a bug around!!
I kiss nearly every kid in my county weekly by proxy.

California went through this back before Covid when some 30% of children were not vaccinated because their hippy-dippy parents didn't want to enrich Big Pharma.
Even after the Golden State state 'got religion' about forcing kids to become vaccinated before being allowed to go to school - the proliferation of homeschooling pods and that vector that shall NOT BE NAMED, will probably keep this pot simmering for a bit.

I was just using aircraft as an example - enclosed space with recirculated air as an example. There are numerous other examples like malls, public pools, day care, anywhere where a large group of people congregate.
The point is that diseases does not respect boundaries, and relying on everyone elses herd immunity around you to protect you is wishful thinking. We can still be a carrier, as the American Indians found out. NIH free vaccination clinics was DOGE casualty - How does that help or protect American citizens?
We had several outbreaks in Charter schools, where everyone got sick. Some schools simply filed for bankruptcy and blamed not being able to access federal and state education funds as their downfall.

@ measles: Unlike SOME vaccines I can name, they did a ten year study on the MMR shot, IIRC.
I believe the newer standard of care is a booster MMR at 10 years or 15 years.
FWIW: RFK Jr. will have a 6 month study to debunk the 10 year study in Sept. 2025; or so I've heard. He placed a vaccine denier in charge of it, so no conflict of interest.....:(

PS; Medical and drug prices are going to spike; unless they get a tariff exemption too. I don't think this is even on RFK Jr's radar; like almost everything else he's suppose to be in charge of (brain worm - anyone)? Even the stuff we produce locally, since we import most of the base materials needed to produce them. It's called a Global Supply chain. Remember mask, gloves, PPE shortages during COVID?

    YMMV......

The CDC (pause for laughter and eye-rolls) says differently.

FWIW - They're about right concerning the dosages for infants and the littles.
    12-15 months - dose 1
    4-6 years - dose 2.

After that, they flop and twitch a little bit.
Measles Vaccination | Measles (Rubeola) | CDC
IIRC we used to get MMR boosters every 10 years after boot camp

So which is it going to be?
If RFKj talks everybody out of getting jabbed it would seem to ME that prices would tank.
As a fallen Catholic and struggling prod, I'm not sa'posed to believe in the beneficial side effects of Darwinism - but flesh is flesh.

You want to beat RFKj's evil plot against vaccines and spreading the Measles?

    Get the damn shots!

    Besides.....
It's STATES rights - at least that's what the 'pubs are always screaming about.
My own beloved home state of Indiana REQUIRES vaccinations and they don't even believe in Daylight savings time!!!
There IS NO personal exemption for this requirement.
There is a 'religious exemption' but this is a fairly heavy lift.
(remember - The Hoosier state is the third most Amishy and Mennonity state in the country.)
Illegals are allowed to attend school - but they have to get jabbed too.
You do NOT have to affirmatively prove that you're a NBC, but you DO have to affirmatively prove that you have a medical condition that is contrary to getting one of the jabs or a religious exemption for ALL of them.
If you're fortunate enough to be able to send your littles to an effective school, Indiana is a voucher state!
Do not think you're going to get out of the vaccine requirement though!
Private schools mandate them generally and if they accept vouchers they're legally compelled to do all of the same paper as the public schools!
(Note: I dislike school vouchers intensely - but that's a discussion for a different thread and I do not presume that anybody gives a rats)

(fun fact) The Amish generally do NOT have a prohibition against vaccines - not do most Mennonites.
The latter are even more decentralized and some of these 'may' be less likely to engage in preventative medicine, since they're not worried about sending their littles to public schools.
