    Hello IMG_0012.JPG

If I want to replace them. Do I need to replace the whole grill?

    Thank you in advance

If I recall correctly, you may have to. @jerrymildred tried disassembling the front bumper, kinda hit a wall, some of that stuff heat-welded.

I used to refer to it as the "chandelier bumper"...

Thank you for the info. It looks like the plastic dip is a good solution. I never hit anything, so I am guessing someone hit me backing up from parking. It was during the winter, too. Maybe the Temperature swings make that acrylic more prone to cracking.

I am thinking of buffing a bit of the acrylic and gluing the cracks before applying the plastic dip. I think if applying the plastic dip directly , the cracks might break the plastic dip due to friction/motion between the surfaces. Am I correct?

"chandelier bumper" is a very good fit for this. What a design flaw for such a well-thought-out car!

    Cheers!
