It doesn't really repair itself. Possibly a shorted out wire, and moving them around will keep
it from shorting out. At least for a while. No telling if it will return or not.
    Just make a note....

Hello everyone. This is on a different topic, but I'll write it here.
After engine swap for Prius V, shows message P0AA6 and A/C Doesn’t..

I wanted to read INF subcodes from “think diagzone” scanner. After detected DTC P0AA6, in freeze frame category is like code 00000:00
    Is this subcode “00”
    ?

Are you buying and selling cars?

Assuming the ac does not work after the engine swap, your code usually means high voltage wiring to the ac compressor is partially shorted to ground, often due to coolant or moisture contamination.

Yea i am new in this job, fixing and selling. In my case I have same issue when change cylinder head gasket, without orange cable removing or compressor removing but P0AA6 popping. Then I cleaned everything but it’s still.
Some years ago I changed engine for my Prius in LA, or was same issue P0AA6 and mechanic told me it’s A/C compressor issue Which is a coincidence, it just ended its life in the hands of a mechanic
