    I got a solution.
I have 2013 Aqua / Prius C. The battery went flat and couldn't start the car. Jump started it and then the NSZT W62G was fully locked. I had the original Toyota SD card with OEM files loaded.
    1. Get the OneDrive file on this forum thread. (You have to edit the URL for it to work. Use : and . )
    2. Follow the instructions and use the Toyota SD card. 16gb. It automatically overwrites the OEM files.
    3. Insert SD card to the head unit stereo map slot.
    4. If it has encrypted error, put SD card back into PC and allow windows to 'fix the drive'. Its slow.
    5. Put SD card back in head unit.
    6. If you need to furthermore unlock the head unit, get the erc serial using the hidden menu. Search YouTube for erc related video.
    7. Once you have the erc number, go to ercunlock website to decode and get your number.
That should get you reverse camera and SD music, FM radio. There is info about ways to set the reverse camera guidelines.
Such an unnecessary rigmarole for probably a common issue. Hopefully this helps.
