Sometimes my rear hatch doesn't open correctly. When I try to open the rear hatch, its not totally closed and will not open or close. I have to go inside the rear of car and release the latch manually. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
It's not a button it's the actual rear hatch assembly. It's accessible by removing a small panel and sticking your hand in and manually disengaging it. The fob locks and unlocks allthe other doors but doesn't lock or unlock the rear hatch. The struts are fine.
