Door locks still malfunctioning

I bought the car 18 months ago, and I'm still having a problem with my door locks. The dealer says they can't do a thing unless they can see the problem, but every time I bring it to them, they can't see a problem.

Finally, I was able to park at the dealership, and show someone how the door locks and won't unlock, even with the key fob, but they said to book it in for a whole day, and they would see what they can do. The problem is that the issue hasn't reappeared since.

 

I think it's a computer problem, but what do I know?

 

It just seems like the operating system skips subroutines when it gets busy.
But then again, I know nothing.

 

My dealer hates the people who are always coming in the door with problems.
