2010 Prius still shakes after head gasket job and EGR + intake cleaning

This thread is about an engine that absolutely had a hg fail, was repaired and ran good for 15 minutes, was torn into again and now acts like a bad head gasket again or possibly worse now. It is considered bad form to throw in your own issues on a different situation, especially when you have multiple threads going on your problem.
It may be worth having an experienced hybrid shop do these tests.
