Help please! Red triangle and other lights...

Hey!

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I took some 12% vinegar, mixed with RO-DI water and cleaned the glasses, windshields. Then I took the cloth, at this point soaking and smelling of vinegar and threw it in the boot.

Went to a shop for around an hour and came back to the car, rolled the windows down as the whole car was smelling of vinegar, drove about 500 meters and suddenly the dash lit up like a christmas tree,
I had a big f'ing red triangle
an exclamination like this ((!)) in yellow
VSC in yellow

I stopped the car in about 100-150 meters as I was in traffic and couldnt immediately pull over.

Stopped the engine, waiting a while, started up and again got all the lights, I was around 5km from home.

Went to youtube and one video said to reset the car and see if the warning lights come again, so I followed that tut and disconnected the cable next to the battery, waited a few secs and reconnected it.
Waited a few mins, started the car and all the lights went off.

drove around 5km home, parked it, ran diagnostics in Autel (see attached file) and now posting it to you guys here.

What can the problem be? Is the car kicking the bucket? First thought was maybe the water pump needs changing but am not sure... please advise!

I'll run the scan again when I get in the car tomorrow, looking in the "history" tab of the app it says:
