I bought a 2022 Prius Prime Limited from a car auction. It was in an accident, which affected the front and side. I replaced passenger headlight, passenger front door (entire door), and grille. The car looks and drives good now. However, there's an error showing at the dashboard "Blind Spot Monitor System Malfunction". It seems strange given the radar sensors are located on the rear end of the car, which was unaffected. Does anyone has any suggestion to solve this problem? Thanks!
I had to replace my 2022 Prius Prime Limited passenger front door. I bought an used door from a 2022 Prius Prime XLE, which came without the mirror. I transferred the mirror from my damaged door to this new door. Now there's an error at the dashboard for blind spot system and after scanning the car with my ODB reader it says "Blind Spot Monitor Slave - C1AB5 - Open in Outer Mirror Indicator (Slave)". Now I am wondering if the XLE door does not possess the wire, if there's a problem with the mirror, or something else. Does anyone have any idea where to start to solve this issue? Thanks!

Update: The Prius Prime XLE door does not come with all the wires connecting to the mirror. I had to remove the wires from my older door and install into the new door. Now it works perfectly. Nicely done Toyota, you saved 0.001 c. Moderator, you can close this topic.
