    No reduction in coolant

The car does not shake when it is cold, but it will rattle once it starts charging the high voltage battery. Even if it is not charging, it will rattle when the engine temperature rises.

If you asked me where you could get the most unreliable hybrid information from the least qualified people, I would say Autozone.

Replacing 1, 2, 3 or 4 expensive coils would be a waste of money. You said you were replacing spark plugs; they do have a defined lifespan of 120,000 miles, Toyota allows 150,000 miles in some states and many use them longer.

If you had one misfire the standard no cost test is to swap the coil or plug with a cylinder that is not recording a misfire. OEM coils rarely fail.

The idea four coils would fail at the same time is ludicrous.

I would certainly do the block egr flow test (again?) - if that clears it you have a sticking egr valve. It's hard to keep up with what you have done or not tried when your posts are spread out everywhere.

The Autozone disclaimer in small print:

"The information provided within this report is intended to supplement, not replace, regular automotive maintenance programs or advice by a qualified automotive technician. Neither AutoZone nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates assume any liability for the completeness or correctness of either the report or its content. Always seek the advice of your personal mechanic, dealership, or an ASE Certified automotive technician prior to attempting any repairs to your vehicle.

This is a free service offered by AutoZone to our customers and there are no fees or charges associated with this service... Based on the error codes retrieved..., a "most likely solution" is indicated."

Ignition coil and spark plugs were replaced
    Injectors were all repositioned
EGR system, valves, coolers, intake manifolds were cleaned
Unplugged EGR and tested, no change
    Removed EGR valve solenoid
Press manually and the engine speed will drop immediately
It becomes rough. Press again, the engine is almost shut down
Release hand and it will return to normal
    The fault still exists
Only the circuit has not been checked
Leaving overnight, cold start does not shake
Battery level 2, it shakes when charging
    Shakes at 15-40 mph
No shaking can be felt at 40-70 mph on highway

    Unplugging the EGR power plug
It's like using a shovel to block the EGR pipe

    There's already a post
Many people unplug the EGR power

I took down the entire electromagnetic part
Manual test, smooth in and out
EGR valve closed by default, normal idle
Press it down to reduce the speed

Press it again and the engine will almost shut down
There are many roads to Rome

No that is not true. Unplugging the egr power plug just leaves it in the position it was in. If the valve is sticking open it will continue to be sticking open. See the video above.

I removed the electromagnetic part of the black housing of the EGR valve.
Keep the power plug on the EGR.
Press the valve manually, and it goes in and out smoothly.
Start the engine in maintenance mode.
The EGR valve is closed by default, and the idle speed is normal.
Press the valve slightly, and the speed will decrease.
Press the valve again, and the operation is rough.
Press the valve again, and the engine is about to stall.
Release your hand and it will return to normal.
