Techstream doesn’t show Live Data or active test, error, everything else works

I have recently bought a Toyota Prius, and at the time of buying, I used Toyota TechStream software to check for faults and the condition of a hybrid battery, and the Toyota TechStream and LiveData was working. However, randomly, after 10 minutes, the software would shut down. After trying again, it would shut down after 5 minutes. However, I was able to use that time and determine that the hybrid battery was OK and everything seemed fine, so I bought the car. The software on later tries was already turning off a minute or two later. Now the software doesnt show live data anymore, I have thought it might be that the mini Vci is bad or my laptop is so i tried another cable (jlr 165 sdd((mongoose clone)and different laptop, but same issue, It does perform health check and returns with a list of fault codes, allows me to erase them, But for live data or active test it just doesnt work, it just gives me this error, which I will upload below. Do you think that some components from my car could be broken and thus not letting me communicate with the software? Or where should I look for the issue? I will get my friend to try and check his car to see if its my car issue.
