I have a set of steel wheels/rims with winter tires for my Prius V 2013. One of the wheels got damaged and needs a replacement. The specs on the wheel says it's a 16 x 6 1/2 size. The tire size is 205/60 R16. I have two questions. 1. Is the offset 39mm and the bolt pattern 5x114.3? 2. Will this wheel fit? Vision SW60 Steel Mod 16x6.5 5x4.5" +39mm Gloss Black Wheel Rim 16" Inch | eBay Thanks in advance.
Yes, it will fit. Below is the OEM specifications for the 2013 Prius V. However, you should also get a hubcentric ring to adapt the oversized 71.5mm centerbore on the wheel to the Prius V hub, which is 60.1mm. SM-S936U ?
Thanks so much. And thanks for the education! Very much appreciated! I think this one looks similar and would fit. Don't you think so? https://www.ebay.com/itm/167487825884
It looks to be the same wheel, same product/model number. However, it doesn't say what the hub bore size is, whereas the first link shows the label on the box with the specifications of the wheel. If it's cost you are looking at, you can probably mount it with the same hubcentric adapter ring I linked above. SM-S936U ?
The hub bore size is 71.8. If you press/click the right side arrow under "About this item", you can see it. I'm going to order it. Thanks so much for your help! Edit: I thought I can get a 71.8 to 60.1 adapter ring but it looks like that size is not available anywhere. So I'm stuck! Any ideas? Will the same adapter 71.5 to 60.1 fit? Btw, the hub bore for the wheel in the first link that I provided was wrongly mentioned as 71.5. It's actually 71.8 going by that model number. Edit 2: Found one that is identical to the OEM. Only thing is the offset is 40mm instead of 39mm. Is that ok? https://www.carid.com/rt-wheels/16-steel-wheel-5-lug-x99143n-black-2282991117.html
1mm difference in offset is negligible, go for it. As far as 71.5 vs 71.8 for hub adapters, after manufacturing tolerances factored in, it's basically the same. SM-S936U ?
