How to add to maintenance log after 2024 in 2007 Prius

    We have a 2007 Prius with 317,906 miles. We bought it new on 6/11/2007 with 21 miles on it. It runs great and I LOVE it! We log our maintenance in the car but have a problem this year. It won’t let us log a date past 2024. Has anyone figured out how to get around this? Thanks!

    You're talking about the supplementary owner's manual? One option is to just keep the servicing records in a binder and put said supplementary owner's manual in the same binder.

    Where is this maintenance log?

    I’d suggest an old-school, pen-and-paper binder of what’s been done, with receipts, and perhaps a text file or spreadsheet as well.

    my go-to is a text file on a windows pc, format like this:

    2025_05_29
    Kms: 104,839
    * Oil and filter change
    ====

    Yes! I just manually updated my service info (prior to 2025) in Toyotaownersonline.com and cannot enter any 2025 data. I also keep my data in a spreadsheet for future reference.
