Hi everyone! My 2013 PiP has a whining / kind of high-pitched gurgling sound coming from the front, that's audible when accelerating or decelerating (during regen.) even with just EV accelerating, so it has nothing to do with ICE. Sound goes away when I'm gliding, when power is not going in or out of battery / inverter. I'm attaching a video, where I tried to capture the sound corresponding to throttle gauge position. In the 2nd part of the video, I tried to glide, you can hear the sound kinda go down, mostly because I couldn't glide well enough. If I do a perfect glide, it's almost non audible. The sound is a little different on the recording vs in real, but the sound modulation can be heard. I'm thinking maybe it could be a invertor pump? or maybe water pump? I'm curious if anyone had a similar problem before. Thanks!
i'm not sure if any of the pumps change with acceleration. i expect the water pump changes with temperature, but i'm not positive. any work done on her lately?
