i replaced a brake actuator and bled it several times with the long form air bleed procedure. I cant shake the 1345 code, but the 1368 code points to some reading being out of spec. when i click Techstream’s snowflake for the subcode, i get freeze frame data that shows some items out of spec like wheel cylinder voltage (fronts are way higher than rears) , or a solenoid drawing amps (most are zero amps, but two are drawing .7 amps). Its never the same data points that look out of spec in the freeze frame table. But then when i go to live data, its all perfectly normal readings. at one point, there was a subcode for the 1345 dtc and it pointed to the front right wheel, (which doesnt spit out more than a couple drips when i crack the bleeder)

so my thread title is kind of already answered bc i need to check the freeze frame data but why isnt it repeating these value when i go to the live data screen? i spent all of sunday evening and all monday morning running the long form air bleed process.. paid very careful attention to when id press the parking brake. if I lost a connection, i wouldnt just restart from the top, id go back to reset the memory, zero down and then run the air bleed.

after about the 6th try, it went all the way through, and i reset teh zero point for Yaw, and tried the linear vavlve off set only to fail and the damn code is still there.

battery is new. actuator is a ebay (with a warranty, so i can return) unit, new abs motor relays

ive got new pads, rotors, calipers, and flex hose for the front and new drums, spring kit and wheel cylinders for the rear.

Do you have air out of system . Str8 fluid out bleed screw? . Obviously you've unlearned the original learned value for the linear valve offset first and won't relearn ? This happens sometimes.

when i use tech stream to air bleed, i follow the prompts (parking brake, remove abs motor relays) and then pump the pedal several times and hold. I get maybe a drip from the front right and front left wheels.

i think i have to do a manual bleed with the abs relays still in, an assistant in the drivers seat, crack the bleader, have the assistant push the pedal (to engage the abs motors) and try to make it flow that way.

One part of the story may be that the offset learning procedure involves the ECU manipulating the valves and making different levels of pressure in the system (you can hear it doing this), to learn which valve offset value(s) to use when targeting what pressures. The freeze-frame values captured in the midst of doing that won't necessarily be like anything you'd see in normal operation.
