2013 Prius C both low beams are out. No sign on dash as well.

Hello all

Low beam head light does not turn on. Both bulbs went out at the same time. Passenger side bulb was replaced only 2 months ago. While inspecting the bulb it does not look burned. High beam is still working well.

When the low beam is turned on there is no low beam sign on the dash. When i turn the indicator/headlight stalk it makes the click sound when the light should be turning on, it also dims the interior dash light.

Things I have tried:
- Bought new bulbs and tested. Does not work.
- Checked the fuse and the fuses are not visibly blown. I also swapped the fuse with high beam one. High beam still works with low beam's fuses



Now that the bulb and fuse are out of the question, I do not know where to look into. Googling showed me it could be the wiring issues or could be issues with relay or might need to reflash the ECU. I am out of my depth now because I do not know much about cars and much less about electricals.

Would appreciate any suggestions. Before taking it to the dealership.
