2007 Prius Suspension Quote?

    95k miles, 18 years old, suspension is all OEM. My mechanic only recommends the first 1300$ of work, I can do the rest if I want to pay for it. The manual says to do the rear as well at this mileage but he says its good. Are these reasonable quotes?

    Labor is 7 hours, 170x2$ for quick struts, arms & ball joint 130$.
