OBD Battery Status | 2005 Prius

    Hello. I am kind of new to the prius/hybrid world. I used an OBD tool to assess the battery status on my 2005 Prius, and i was wondering if anyone had some insight or feedback on the status of my hybrid? Do i need to consider getting new hybrid battery packs? Original hybrid batteries never swapped/changed. at 140,000 miles. I posted a video here of my battery status here: - YouTube

    Looks fine to me, very low voltage difference between the highest and lowest blocks.

    Is there anything prompting you to check this?

    You can not tell very much from the video because of the low charge and discharge current (amperage). To get a better sense of the health of the battery, you need to be driving the car and see charging and discharge currents of 50 amp or higher. As the current increases, the voltage difference between the battery blocks will increase.

    Nothing is necessarily prompting me to check this. More so, I want to learn about the hybrid system and I also want to keep up on maintenance.. I wanted to also see if anyone was seeing something I wasn't seeing. I did notice one cell block is lower vs the highest block.. was wondering too if that would be a potential problem. thank you

    Is it possible to let an OBD reader run and stay connected to the car while driving?

    I have a ScanGauge II plugged in all the time, bought it in 2010.
