Most people just swap out with new axles because once the boot fails the grease is lost and contaminates get in... But if that's all you can afford then go with the ones the are sliced so you don't have to remove anything to install them. They won't last as a long compared to a brand new pair of CV axles so start saving up for when the boots fail again.

Are those original OEM CV axles? If so, some people say to rebuild them with OEM parts:

The boots on even the "quality" aftermarket CV axles are not very sturdy. We had one split on our Accord after just a couple of years, with the mechanic claiming it was due to it "hitting something". Maybe it did, but the OEM CV axles on that car lasted 25 years (ish), and presumably hit a lot of road debris before finally failing.

Somewhat off topic - how does one clean axle grease off of concrete? When we spotted the issue some globs of grease fell on the driveway and they just seem to be burrowing in rather than wearing away.

Degreaser and pressure washer... But it's best to be patient and give it a year because I've often made the mistake of trying too hard and ending up with concrete that's lighter in the previously stained area than the rest of the concrete. It will also wear out quicker in any area you scrubbed too hard, especially the part of the driveway that the tires use the most.
