I think Curtis is probably on sound footing thinking that if the P0AA6 code stays gone as long as the A/C is off, then comes back with A/C on, it's probably safe to guess at the INF code.

In a gen 2, it'd be pretty certain to be 611. In gen 3, the A/C inverter circuit was moved inside the compressor itself, so either a 611 or 614 code could be caused there. 614 could also pertain to other parts of the high-voltage DC system, but under the circumstances that would be a bit surprising.
