    Help!

The front wipers were not working at all, replaced the fuses, still dead. So today replaced the motor and now the wipers run constantly whenever the engine is on.

Looked up several posts, many think it's the Wiper Relay. However, I've gotten 3 different locations reported for where the relay is located. One says in the interior fuse box. All I found are fuses, I replaced any related to the wipers. Another post says its a component of the wiper motor itself. So how do I check it or replace it?
The third is a diagram that shows the location behind the display screen. I don't want to try and take that apart if this is not the correct way to find/check/replace a faulty relay.

Help! For now the wiring harness for the motor is unplugged, but I need to find a solution so my wipers will work!
