2014 prius v doors will not lock or unlock using hand touch but key fob lock and unlock works

    Like the title says

    2014 prius v

    The key fob can lock and unlock the doors when using the buttons

    Car starts fine using the smart key function (i.e. I can keep the fob in my pocket and the car will start)

    Non of the doors will lock or unlock using the capacitance touch (driver door, passenger door, rear hatch)

    Anyone had this issue?

    I just bought the car so I don't know if it use to work.

    Everything in the car works as it should besides this issue so it is not the battery in the fob nor the 12v

    DUPE POST, so replied to the later one. ADMIN please delete earlier OP.

    Either the sensor or a vehicle setting.

    Check door unlock settings menu on head unit.
