Difference between rear “bumper with spoiler” and standard?

I have to replace my rear bumper cover and the junkyard is asking whether I have the “bumper with spoiler” or bumper without. The car is a 2011 Four. There is a thin gray trim strip at the bottom of the bumper, but I don’t know if this is a standard trim or the “spoiler”.

Also is the bumper cover actually different? If mine is a “spoiler” version, could I reuse my existing spoiler on a bumper that came from the factory without one? Anyone know? Thanks
