My ABS light came on, and after scanning I found out it's a C0205, the front left wheel speed sensor circuit failed. I looked at turns out one of the mounting clips for the speed sensor's cable broke and it contacted the tire, leading to a short. I patched it up with some wire for now, so I at least have ABS and regenerative braking back. A new speed sensor is $225 from the dealer, $150 after shipping on Amayama. Would it make sense just to get a used OEM one for $50? I'm guessing it's not a part likely to fail unless something happens mechanically? If this isn't a bad idea, where would you recommend getting this from? Thanks!.

If you do a watertight repair you could use what you have otherwise a used oem assembly (89543-47030) would be my choice.
