    Hello
    I have a 2008 Prius with 202k.
    It presented a P3000 detail code 123
    P3020 with block 10 weak.

So I reconditioned the HV battery with a prolong over the course of 48 hrs.
    Went through the charging/discharging cycles.

The car also has 1256 detail 143
And the brake actuator runs very often.
I took it for a test drive after the prolong recondition. Cleared all the codes and none came back after 12 mile test drive.

The car seems to accelerate sluggishly. It almost surges slightly as speed increases at wide open throttle.

Also when I let off the gas on level ground the car seems to slow down faster than normal.
I have several 2nd Gen Prius and I've never experienced this before.
Anybody know what it could be?

I have techstream and Dr Prius.
Initially I plan to replace the actuator and battery. just wanted to get some input before I spend that kinda money.

    TIA

grid charging isn't very effective when a battery is that bad. likely, you're not getting much assistance from it.
was it sluggish prior to throwing the battery codes? if so, for how long?
a prius engine is just an engine, and needs regular engine maintenance and troubleshooting

    Hello Bisco.
    thanks for the reply.
im not sure if it was sluggish prior or not. It's a car I sold to someone a couple years ago.
they called and asked if I'd could fix it.

I ordered a brand new oem battery $1741+tax and brake actuator 1299 shipped.

I have the brake actuator out so doing PCV and plugs will be easy. I'll clean up the throttle body and maf sensor too.
