Prius wont start or go into gear, gear lights flashing

How about you start your own thread with information about your specific problem and what you have tried already?

I presume you have removed the terminal clamps from the 12 V battery, ensured both the terminal and clamps are (shiny) clean, backed the clamp bolts off and pried the clamps open, reseated the clamps right at the bottom of the terminal, and snugged them up nice and (goldilocks) tight?

While the terminal clamps were off the battery, did you use your voltmeter to measure the sitting voltage of the battery as it is right now?
